Hi! I’m Helena, a Master’s student in Engineering and Policy Analysis at TU Delft, with a background in Environmental Sciences and a focus on just socio-technical energy transitions. I am half Dutch and half Burkinabé, born in France, and grew up across West and East Africa before returning to the Netherlands. This international upbringing shaped my interest in energy not only as a technical challenge, but also as a political, environmental, and diplomatic one.

As Chair of the Energy Club, I aim to connect TU Delft students with impactful, real-world energy projects with diverse stakeholders, from local to international scales.
